Click on the add button on the User Agents page of the preference panel.
Enter the name of the User Agent string. Use as little information as possible. For example, instead of "Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 for Macintosh," you should use "IE 5 for Mac."
Type or paste the User Agent string into the field and press the return or enter key.
