Hana has three windows and a couple of sheets. Each designed to be as simple as possible, but no simpler.
Hana's main window includes a tab for each active Web App, the title bar, scroll bars (as necessary,) the close, minimize and restore buttons. In version 1.1 we have added an optional toolbar and an optional status bar. That is it. Oh yeah, we almost forgot the resizing thumb!
Hana includes a popup window which can be suppressed too.
Hana includes a preferences window. This window is modeled after several iconic Apple applications, such as Safari. So you know how to use it already!
The sheets are for adding and editing web-apps. These are simple too.
The toolbar includes just enough browser style functionality for those situations when your favorite web-app leaves you up a creek without a paddle! You have Back, Forward and Refresh of course, but also a read-only Address field and the Customize toolbar items. It uses the standard Mac OS X toolbar so it is customizable!
The status bar includes just a couple of things. First, it provides feedback on the links under your mouse pointer as you move it across the page. Second is a button to view Hana News from the Kanaka Hana blog.
Hana leaves it to your web-app vendors to but loads on your attention. Hana just gets out of the way for you to get your work done.
